For residential and commercial projects in major cities (over 250.000 residents). The Locations is based on a marketing analysis.
Retail and commercial centers:
Retails and commercial projects in Major cities all over Eastern Europe. The locations are chosen based on marketing research.
Agricultural land (for future development):
Usually within not more than 40 km of a major city, mostly located along main highways and intersections. Our policy as a low risk investment company is to choose and invest on lands that soon to be appointed for constriction phase.
Hotels:
Our Hotel division is based on small hotels at touristic and business locations. During 2008 we intend to develop a unique brand based on the key elements of our new brand.
